Hon. Wandayi, I believe that parliamentary civility requires that we choose our words carefully. I do not believe that the President can bribe Kenyans. I think Hon. Gikaria has a valid point that the President is not engaging in open bribery. I do not think that is an allegation you can make in this House and we let it go. I believe it is proper for you to withdraw it.
