(2) State the ethnic and regional background of all heads and top ten officers of the Ministries, embassies, State agencies, departments and parastatals as listed in (1) above. (3) State whether the distribution of these positions as stated above is in line with the Government policy on equal distribution of opportunities to all communities and regions in Kenya and whether the opportunities as distributed helps the country to achieve cohesion and integration. view
