Wario, the people of the larger Tana Basin and the contiguous constituencies have actually come before this House to say that both TARDA and KenGen are not doing what they should do. That is, being able to harness flood waters to use for generating electricity and also supporting irrigation. From the start, I want to say that Article 55 provides for access to relevant education and employment can almost be equated to the Bill of Rights. The youths of this country are entitled to everything under the sun that we can provide. I wish to also echo what the Members have said. About 70 per cent of our population is the youth.
