It is directed to the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why the 28km Isiolo–Ruiri Road that connects Isiolo Airport and Meru Town which is in deplorable state is yet to be rehabilitated?
