That is why the Government needs to take action to ensure that it is implemented. As a way forward, we have a lot of funds in this country meant for needy students. There are funds from the Ministry of Education, the bursaries from the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF), the County Education Fund and the Ward Fund which has an allocation for bursaries.
