I appreciate the role he has played in bringing up Bills and now an Act of Parliament that champions the rights of the youth especially the 30 per cent Procurement Bill. Considering what my colleagues have said, we have a lot to deal with as the Senate. That is why I advise the Senate Majority Leader and his deputy that it is not necessary to go on recess from 19th October to 1st November, 2016. We better stay--- view
