Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am surprised that out of the three questions that I asked, none was answered. One is about the role of the Senator of Nyeri as a mediator. Second question was about the final list of the CECs. Is that a final list or there was another one which was there earlier which is not provided here because I am aware of a situation. Third, the last time that you were trying to impeach the Governor, did you have a regular meeting because we are told there was a lady who had a child according to the ...

Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. First of all, I want to congratulate you for making that good ruling and observation. Secondly, I congratulate you for being elected the Temporary Speaker for now. I hope that the rest of the process will be smooth. We are discussing a very important Bill. In other countries, the proceedings on this Bill would have been covered live and people would be commenting as we speak. As we discuss this Bill, election fever is already on and campaigns have started. If one commits some of these electoral offences, he or she should be reprimanded. ...

5 Aug 2016 in Senate:
Thank you very much, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for allowing me to contribute towards this Motion. I support it. As I look at the other side of the House, that tells you that there is a conspiracy and a well planned game to have some of the Government’s policies and Motions fail. Thank you Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I am encouraging the young boys and girls from Nandi County to frequently visit this House because it is a motivation. The last time I visited this building was in 1959 when I was in Class Two and I kept on hoping that I will come to this House to represent my people.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, they should listen. So, I welcome them because I was once a student and visited the other House. I was motivated to be in this House until when I was elected a Member in 2002. So, you can still build that hope until when you come to Parliament. These are the people who we need in about 30 years to come. I welcome you and feel free. FINANCING OF JARAMOGI OGINGA ODINGA TEACHING AND REFERRAL HOSPITAL IN KISUMU COUNTY
