This is not unique to Maragua Constituency. It is almost everywhere in the country. They are not being paid and the Acting Minister for Lands has not given us a specific timeframe within which he intends to include this in the budgetary system. Could he tell us specifically when this is going to be included in the Budget so that the people who have served this country can be paid their allowances? view
