Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am directed to report that the Committee of Supply has considered the Resolution that a sum not exceeding Kshs3,594,379,710 be issued from the Consolidated Fund to complete the sum necessary to meet expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2008, in respect of Vote 04 - Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and has approved the same without amendment.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was not able to contribute during the debate on this particular Vote, and I wish to take this opportunity to congratulate the Minister for a job well done. I think he has a good team in the Ministry and we really want to encourage them, and advise them that some of the foreign missions we have visited, still lack competence which, I think, they should check and correct.
