  • 3 May 2016 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, the first one was when the compensation will be paid as requested by Sen. Leshore. The compensation is budgeted for 2016/2017 Financial Year. In terms of the compensation on the Marsabit-Wamba line that goes through the group ranches, this was not part of the Statement that was requested. This is a new request.
