Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I respect Mr. Mbadi very well â in fact he is a close friend of mine â I think he is so hell-bent on opposing the Motion that he cannot think straight. This is because I never voted against the local tribunal in this House. I voted against the change in the Constitution, which was not the Tribunal Statute.
