Now that the commissioners are out and it might take forever, and with a time limit of 21 days for the appointment in case of any vacancy, I think it is going to address vacuums that are there. Hon. It is not worth mentioning somebody’s name and yet we know what happens in the country. That is once your name is mentioned, “cleaning” it becomes a nightmare in future. Therefore, it is important that the Commission is given a bigger secretariat for them to do their investigations in time. • 2 Jul 2015 in National Assembly: Secondly, I do not support the deletion of Clause 34. The Chairperson is saying that he is going to introduce a new Clause 31C but, without anticipating debate, the new Clause 31C does not have the same provisions as Clause 34. view
