Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I am a bit disappointed by my good friend, Hon. Jakoyo Midiwo. Would I be in order to ask him to apologise and withdraw the remarks that he has made? This is bearing in mind that the Chair of the PIC which is a very powerful Committee and is a member of CORD brought a Report of the SGR here which was approved. It was given a clean bill of health.

When the Chairman was moving the Motion yesterday, he made it very clear as to why we require to adopt it and the sectors that are going to benefit.
