Could he tell us during the design of a road--- Arising from the issues about bumps that have been raised, do they take into consideration flyovers? They say that as a Government policy they cannot erect bumps, and at the same time they do not prepare designs for flyovers. Does the Ministry take into account public participation with regard to where flyovers and bumps should be built on roads during the design stage? view

It was code named “The lawbreakers versus the lawmakers”. So, that is why hon. Oyugi asked about it. When we sat to talk, we discovered there was a lot that was going on in prisons.
