Otiende Amollo had spoken, regarding an instance where a Question is answered, commitmentsare made by Cabinet Secretaries (CSS) but they never actualise implementation of what they have answered. Duale, we will give you time to do whatever you want to do. They agreed with me that even upon expiry, if you read the whole section to the end, it expires and they cannot continue. If that is what they say, then what is the business of the memo if the law provides for that? I made a request when Hon. Cheboi was the sitting Deputy Speaker around two and a half months ago, and it was never addressed again. view
