Hon. Deputy Speaker, mine is very brief. You understand that this Act was brought to try and manage and tame some of these construction works that go around. People must get certificates from the National Construction Authority so that they can do their work. My amendment is related to the special groups; that is women, youth and People living with Disabilities (PWDs). If you will remember, we passed in the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, and the legal requirement for special groups to access 30 per cent of Government procurement opportunities.
