Is this the only mechanism where Hon. Members who have Questions can appear before committees to get answers? Is it the only mechanism or maybe the Table Office has another mechanism just to remind members that they are supposed to attend Committee meetings so that they can have their Questions answered? One must, first, insert his card in the gadget in front of his seat and follow the process. Hon. Osoro should be patient and he will reach there. We have seasoned speakers like Hon. Millie Odhiambo, who have been here for quite a while and have gained experience. Let the Member be patient and his time will come in another few years to come.
