Yesterday, I agreed with him, but upon consulting with the Legal Department, we thought that the tribunal… The first instance of a complaint or a customer and a licensee should be dealt at the Authority level. Taking everything to the tribunal will be cumbersome. We will be taking almost everything even disputes or complaints that can be dealt by the Authority.
