• 6 Dec 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, traditionally, in the education sector, we do not refer to these committees as commissions. We have the Kenya National Education Council. Therefore, we are proposing the removal of the word “Commission” because we have so many commissioners in this country; and replace it with the word “Council”, so that we can have Education Standards and Quality Assurance Council. view
