  • 23 Aug 2012 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is the Minister in order to come and pretend not to have knowledge of the position? The Report that was tabled and passed by this House contained the court order. The Minister is now wondering why they are not implementing it. Is he in order to avoid answering the question? This is a very serious matter because a resolution of the House was not implemented. Is the Minister in order to come here and purport to go and consult the CBK? view
