In the Bill it says “one year and not subject to re-election.” Now, we are providing a window so that if they have performed, they can be re-elected for a further one year only. view

The justification or the import of this is to include the transition authority of the Clerk of the Senate as the Senate is the body responsible for county issues. The Clerk will give a lot of information and guidance to these transitional authority bodies. view
