Hon. Speaker, I thought Members had an interest in knowing what happened in Rio, but it seems like their interest was on Hon. Chris Wamalwa who was not in Rio. Hon. Speaker, while in Rio, an attention was brought to us that we had problems in ticketing. Peter Shitanda, who was a colleague in the 9th and 10th Parliaments and also a friend. We worked very closely with Hon. Shitanda. I support what has been proposed by Hon. Duale. If you look at the two amendments that appear there, you will find that Part (b) is actually what was already in the Bill, which was explained in the morning. So, the only change is the deletion of subsection (4). I support.

Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I second. It has been a long journey and we are happy that in the second phase, we are passing this Bill as agreed with WADA. I want to assure all Kenyan sportsmen that now they should train with confidence knowing that the Olympic Games are right on the way. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker.
