• 16 Jun 2010 in National Assembly: We realized that out of the 27 candidates, three did not meet the minimum qualifications that had been set up, that is, a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree. We wondered how they appeared for the interview. The eight candidates whose names were forwarded to the Board for interviews were interviewed. The scoring that was given by the Board looked skewed because the issue had already been raised in the public domain that the exercise was being conducted so that a particular person would be appointed. Our problem was with the way the interviews were conducted. That is actually what we were pursuing. Were the interviews fair? Were they done correctly?
