8 May 2008 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has said that the pegging work was done in August and September. We realise that no work took place during the months of October, November and December. So, the Assistant Minister's statement that this work was stopped because of post-election violence is not true. What was the real reason for the work to have been done only in two months? Why was the work not done in October, November and December when there was no violence?
