I believe there are so many other people, probably, who have benefited from their corporate social responsibility. So, I am sure that is being done. view

What we are now trying to do is to finalize the arrangements on the institutions that will manage the fund. That is what we are finalizing now. Immediately we finish, we will roll it out. We even have the report on the areas with access gaps. Immediately the institution is in place, they will give priority to these areas and implement it. view

As a Ministry, we have given Kshs 1million towards setting up of the fund. So, the figures have already been communicated to this House. view

Mr. Speaker, Sir, the idea of this amendment is to take care of the population arising from the Hola Scheme that is hosted by the county headquarters. If you look at the figures indicated in the report, it indicates around 31,000 within one ward. That figure has grown within a very short period of time because of the impact of the Hola Scheme.
