I sit in the Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing and I am an engineer by profession. The Bill that has been brought forth by the Senate was not done in good faith. When you look at the amendments to the Bill, the Senate took their time, sat down and thought of introducing members from the office of the Senator to join the CRC. That was done in bad faith. If you look at how counties use their money for roads, most of it is a public relations exercise. I want to single out – I do not know if it is right to single out a county – what happened in Machakos County, as an example. Is it possible to do an asphalt road in three months? I have had an opportunity to travel to Turkey. We have much to learn from them as a country.
