I sit in the Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing and I am an engineer by profession. The Bill that has been brought forth by the Senate was not done in good faith. When you look at the amendments to the Bill, the Senate took their time, sat down and thought of introducing members from the office of the Senator to join the CRC. That was done in bad faith. I have had an opportunity to travel to Turkey. We have much to learn from them as a country.
