Senator Dullo is the current Deputy Majority Leader of the Senate. She is the first elected woman Senator for Isiolo County. At 22 years she made history by serving as the first female District Officer from the Borana Community.

We expect it to help with issues of radicalization and terrorism by indentifying strangers within villages. However, if today you walked into a village, for example, where I come from, people do not know who is a stranger and who is not. We have the Nyumba Kumi Initiative in place.
