Senator Dullo is the current Deputy Majority Leader of the Senate. She is the first elected woman Senator for Isiolo County. At 22 years she made history by serving as the first female District Officer from the Borana Community.

We have a good example in Isiolo County. Right now, if you go to the hospital, you will see that bodies, leave alone anything, are being referred because our morgue does not work. The hospital does not have anything yet they run around trying to get investors or private partners. Rose Nyamunga will serve in the said Committee and she is up to the task. I believe the Committee is really in need of the quorum because the Senate Minority Leader is overwhelmed in terms of responsibilities of the House. Therefore, we should allow Sen.
