On 24th November, 2016 a team of security officers were conducting an operation within Shibale informal settlement in search of stolen firearms from Booker Police Post. At about 4 a.m., the officers heard a huge explosion within the vicinity and rushed to the scene where they found a workshop engulfed in huge fire and smoke.
