Senator Dullo is the current Deputy Majority Leader of the Senate. She is the first elected woman Senator for Isiolo County. At 22 years she made history by serving as the first female District Officer from the Borana Community.

Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to oppose this Motion. We have had two impeachments since the inception of this particular House. In the last two impeachments, we have gone the committee way. So, it is important also for the new Members to understand how the process of Plenary works. Secondly, it is only fair for members of the public also to understand how impeachment is carried in the Senate in Plenary.
