Senator Dullo is the current Deputy Majority Leader of the Senate. She is the first elected woman Senator for Isiolo County. At 22 years she made history by serving as the first female District Officer from the Borana Community.

Ndiema that according to the information that I have, the CID officers are just observers in that process and not carrying out the actual vetting themselves. That has been indicated in the Statement. On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I wish to support the proposal given by the Senate Majority Leader because this matter is simply very important to the people of this country. If these questions will be asked by all of us, I am sure he might not be able to exhaustively answer most of them. I support, come Tuesday, if possible, the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for the Ministry of Devolution and Planning should come and answer most of the questions that will be asked by Members.
