• 7 Jul 2021 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, as my colleague has said, there is a big problem as far as our people are concerned in the areas of employment. Individuals, companies and county governments do not follow procedures. If people are laid off un-procedurally, the relevant institutions should look into it and make sure that Kenyans get their rights. A person’s employment cannot be terminated without notice after working for an organization for years.
