On my behalf and the people of Isiolo, I believe that this is the history of this country. What I remember Moi for first is what he has done for Northern Kenya, more so Upper Eastern where I come from. This is because during his time, Northern Kenya and Upper Eastern were opened properly in terms of development, education and many other things. When you carry that swagger in the provincial administration and appeared before the public, people believed that President Moi was before you unlike now.
