If he looks at part “b”, he will find that we are deleting the word “disabled” so that we maintain the more acceptable definition of “persons with disabilities.” In part “c”, we are just looking for a forum in which consultations are also made with the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) themselves in the spirit of public participation. view
