Order, hon. Duale! You do not come here because you have serious backgrounds on anything. We really come here because we have been elected by the people. That has been said time and time again. Definitely, the Minister has pointed the relevant section and all of us can read that the Governor shall be the chief executive officer of the bank. Just concede and proceed.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, in fact, I am seeking that quick help from hon. Kimunya following the commitment by the Leader of Government Business. I think the IDP Bill is clear. The one on public petition has a timeline, but the Leader of Government Business did not commit himself the way he committed himself on the IDP Bill.
