15 Aug 2012 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, I will ask the question. What I am saying is out of his own Statement. Mr. Speaker, Sir, in one of his visits, the Prime Minister promised the people of Loima District, in particular; a brand new Land-Rover vehicle to ensure that all the young people who have attained the age of 18 years are issued with identity cards. Is it in order for him to either deliberately mislead this House or accept to be misled by his officers when it is a fact that whenever you dam a river, it affects the flow of water downstream? The Omo River is the only major source of water for Lake Turkana. Its damming will affect the lives and livelihoods of about 500,000 Kenyans.

15 Aug 2012 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, in fact, my request, is that if I can defer the clarifications so that I can look at that particular list because the contention was if the people who have been allocated the land and the size before Mr. Orengo became the Minister were the ones who were allocated. So, I need to establish that.
