Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to mislead this House that the Ministry is grateful for the provisions by the Budget Committee of this House? We would like to give him the Kshs20 million for the air ambulance which is good for Turkana and the rest of northern Kenya. Last year, we gave them a provision for three cancer machines.
