The one responsible to the House, on behalf of the Government, is known as the Leader of Government Business. Secondly, the one responsible for supervision and co-ordination of Government activities – a function which is entrenched in the Constitution – is not my good friend, the Assistant Minister for Medical Services. I did not hear you say; “for purposes of giving an excuse that he can serve the same purpose.” But more importantly, even when you were on your feet, the hon. Assistant Minister also rose on his feet.
