This week, we lost people because of flash floods, which are taking away rivers, and also because of lack of bridges. What is the Ministry doing to ensure that they undertake construction that will stabilise the flow of the water on seasonal rivers, like the ones in Turkana County, so that water can be easily available for consumption and ensure it does not cause the disaster that we are now witnessing? view
