Hon. Members, as I indicated earlier, under that Order we had two Bills. We have disposed of The Kenya National Human Rights Commission Bill and now we will go to the second Bill which is The Price Control (Essential Goods) Bill which is a Presidential Memorandum.

We are now in the Committee of the whole House to consider the amendments recommended by His Excellency the President on the Price Control (Essential Goods) Bill, 2009, pursuant to Section 46(4) of the former Constitution of Kenya which is saved by Section 3(2) of the Sixth Schedule of the Constitution.
