  • 23 Mar 2011 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I am rising to seek your direction. Given that we went on recess, we would like the Chair to direct when those Questions and Statements should be put on the Order Paper. view

  • 23 Mar 2011 in National Assembly: Order, hon. Members! I do not think the Minister was saying that it is unconstitutional to engage in mass action. But he was opining that maybe every disagreement should not lead to mass action. I think it is his opinion and he is allowed. Proceed, Mr. Minister! view
  • 23 Mar 2011 in National Assembly: What is it, Mr. Githae? view
  • 23 Mar 2011 in National Assembly: Order, hon. Shebesh! I thought that you may also wish to clarify that the letter did not talk about hanging anybody! view
  • 23 Mar 2011 in National Assembly: Order, hon. Members! You have a responsibility to this House to contribute only what is factual. That is what I thought, hon. Shebesh, you would either confirm that the contents of the letter were like that or not and then, you demand an apology from the hon. Member who is misrepresenting your views. view
