The Constitution is very clear as to who the Prime Minister, is assisted by the Deputy Prime Ministers. The hon. Member moving this vote is an Assistant Minister, Office of the Prime Minister. Can he really move the Vote for the Office of the Prime Minister when he is neither the Prime Minister nor the Deputy Prime Ministers? view
