However, the Chair has heard him say that the requirement for a senior supervisor is a Masters Degree or being a head of department. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the Minister for that answer. She has confirmed that there were 17 cases of polio. According to WHO standards, one case of polio is serious enough. This is a contagious disease and I am glad that the Minister is talking of 12 high risk districts. It can easily spread to the whole of the country.
