Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Minister has not even answered the question I asked. When will his Ministry pay these suppliers? I want to demonstrate to you the importance of this question. These are small-scale businesspeople who have been supplying foodstuff to the hospital between 2001 and 2005. Some of them are owed Kshs20,000, Kshs400,000, Kshs1 million and Kshs900,000. Last time, the water supply to the hospital was almost disconnected and I had to intervene. For how long will I do the job of the Minister for Medical Services? On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Did you hear the Minister say that he was in the Opposition at that time? He is implying that Governments go by personalities rather than the institution of Government! Is he in order to say that?
