The issue is the tabling of a Report by the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. This House made a resolution and the Chair made a ruling that the report must be submitted within a particular period. But that airport cannot be accessed by the pastoralists who use the Isiolo-Modogashe Road. The little money that the Assistant Minister has allocated will be used for bush clearing.
