Order, Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale. I must admit that you have made a very impressive attempt, but from what you have said, I have not heard the substantiation that somebody is a thief. I appreciate that the British legal system and ours have a lot in common in terms of the Commonwealth, but these are very distinct jurisdictions. Nobody is guilty until proven so.
