Order, Senator, Meru County! I am afraid I will not grant your wish. Just because you represent Meru County does not give you the monopoly of issues and interests around Meru County. You would have done well to make that kind of contribution to the Chairperson of the Committee who will report to the House that Meru County is happy with that exercise. Secondly, Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale has a right to raise any concern, anywhere in the Republic. The fact that Sen. Order, hon. Members! It really amazes me how you split hairs. Even our Constitution is absolutely clear that technicalities should not stop us from proceeding on the substantive business. Whether Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale decided to operate on the older format – and I appreciate why Sen. Murungi is making that distinction - because he fears that he may have lost the job again.
