The Speaker made the ruling on this matter and even the two Members who had raised that point of order have conceded, from the body language and some even vocalized it; they were very satisfied. If you are making reference to the legal minds, the Minority Leader who might be a junior to the Majority Leader in the House but he is senior in practice. So, I think that matter is settled. There are differing interpretations in this House but unfortunately for you, the Speaker has the final word. That is something you may wish to live with. On this one, I am convinced.
