The communications made from the Floor through the committee are also public. The lawyer appeared before the Committee. The Committee chairperson also instructed the lawyer to instruct his client to be here at 9.00 a.m. this morning. In addition to that, the gazette notice is to everybody, including the Senators who happen to be here today.
