  • 29 Oct 2013 in Senate: Order, Sen. (Dr.) Kuti! That procedure is that you rise on a point of order at that particular time. You do not raise those issues in order to escape from the same issues. Kuti the chance again, because I am convinced that any further interventions on this matter can only make it worse, and I do not think that, that is the intention of any Senator dealing with this matter. You can see that interest now has extended beyond Meru County to Tharaka-Nithi County. view
  • 29 Oct 2013 in Senate: What is it, Senate Majority Leader? view
  • 29 Oct 2013 in Senate: Mr. Chairman, I think that, that is a specific request and if you could facilitate, I am sure that we will all appreciate as a country. view
